| FHAM 2014 Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge is poised to be the largest ever event to be seen by the Hospitality Industry in Maldives. The main objective of FHAM will be to facilitate trade between the exhibitors from all over the world offering products and services needed by the world class Resort Industry of the Maldives. The International Culinary Challenge which will be held concurrently is to attract around 500 entries from Chefs from the resorts, hotels and restaurants from Maldives and other countries in the Asian region. The FHAM Culinary Challenge will act as a meeting ground and an ideal platform for all the local & international food and beverage executives to meet the chefs and discuss their requirements on a one to one basis during the event. |
